Modern Mod Makeup [VIDEO]

I really love the 60s and 70s.  The makeup is especially captivating--the dramatic eyeshadow and eyeliner, those dolly lashes, and pale lips that gave a very "girl next door" vibe.

Mod was a bold, feminine statement.  And, it was timeless.  This look is always returning to the runway, and after looking at an advertisement a few weeks ago, I decided to do my own spin on it.

Modern mod.  Bold, without the strong eyeshadow--but the eyeliner speaks for itself.
